A Portfolio Approach to Business Ownership

Think of 60 Partners as a private business portfolio where all profits in the early years are reinvested—expanding our reach, launching new ventures, acquiring real estate, and building equity. This long-term approach is intended to allow the organization to grow significantly before any distributions are made.

Our current working outline proposes that no dividends or profit-sharing occur during the first 15 to 20 years. Instead, those earnings will fuel future business development and compound the value of the overall enterprise. When we reach our target maturity, the group—through a majority vote of the active partners—will decide on how to begin regular dividend payments, either weekly or monthly.

Governance and Transparency

Every major decision, from business acquisitions to distribution schedules, will be voted on by the active partners. While this is our current roadmap, it is subject to change based on partner consensus and legal review to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
