This is not a passive opportunity — each partner will have a voice in major decisions, a seat at the table during our annual meetings, and a direct role in shaping the direction of the business.
Ownership is limited to 60 active partners. Profits will be shared according to each partner’s percentage of ownership, and responsibilities will be clearly defined to ensure transparency, accountability, and long-term success.

The Business
We’re starting in the timber industry — a foundational sector with strong cash flow potential — and using those profits to steadily transition into real estate development. The goal is to grow both sides of the business in tandem, creating long-term value through natural resource management and strategic property investments.
By reinvesting earnings from timber into real estate, we’ll build a diversified, income-generating business with real assets and sustainable growth across both industries.
Lifetime Wealth Business
The intended structure of our operations is simple: reinvest all profits from business activities for the first 15 years to fuel growth across all sectors. During this phase, the focus will be on building long-term value, acquiring assets, and expanding the business.
After this initial growth period, the plan is to begin issuing dividend payments to all partners based on ownership percentages.
That said, major decisions — including profit distribution timelines and reinvestment strategies — will always be subject to a vote by all active partners. This is a collective business, and every voice matters.
About Chris Cummings and His Plan for our business
I’m a fifth-generation hardwood logger with a deep love for both timber and business. I’ve been in every position this industry has to offer — from running a chainsaw on the ground to owning my own logging crew. It hasn’t always been easy. There’ve been plenty of ups and downs, and even more lessons learned along the way.
Now, I’m taking everything I’ve experienced and pouring it into something new — a business built on skill, integrity, and long-term vision.
I’m looking for 60 like-minded business partners to help launch a specialized hardwood harvesting operation with real potential. Together, we’ll grow something that doesn’t just work — it thrives. Something that creates opportunity, shares rewards, and pays dividends for years to come.
This isn’t just about trees. It’s about building wealth, impact, and a business we can all be proud of.
My vision is to reinvest 100% of the business’s profits for the first 15 years. During that time, we’ll focus on expanding within the timber industry and moving into real estate — acquiring rental properties with no debt, building long-term value and steady income potential.
Of course, all major decisions, including profit distributions, will be voted on by the group. Partners will always have the option to begin taking dividends sooner, but I strongly encourage a reinvestment mindset early on. The more we pour back into the business now, the greater the rewards later.
I’ll hold 40% ownership, which means I can continue reinvesting my portion of future dividends to keep growing the business, even if others choose to take payouts. This approach allows flexibility, but also keeps our focus on building something lasting.
